Wellness Center

La Plata Physical Therapy offers a Wellness Program as an extension of our Physical Therapy services. Our clients are given a personalized program that coordinates strength, flexibility and balance and also addresses nutrition.

Clients are initially assessed by our experienced and qualified staff, and then re-assessed every month thereafter. Our center offers a comprehensive selection of equipment, which has been carefully selected by physical therapists to provide optimum results for all of our clients.

Whether transitioning from therapy or a desire to start a healthier lifestyle, our wellness program is for you!
